How To Order

1. You may email to us for any enqueries of the items.

2. Wait for the reply and confirmation. We will reply all the emails from 9pm to 12pm daily.

3. For reservation , please fill in the order form.

4. Make the payment or arrange for COD.For the moment, COD for clothing will be available @ Bandar Sri Permaisuri (Daily - 6.30pm - 9pm)- Tesco Ampang (Saturday and Sunday-Morning) for shawls/brooch -COD not available



5. We can be contacted at : ms.chantae@gmail.com.

Payment & Delivery

1. Payment can be made into our bank account - Maybank/CIMB. Details of the account will be given after confirmation and reservation.






2. Delivery for all items will be done using Pos Laju and Pos Express only.

3. Details of delivery :

For Clothing:

* Pos Ekspress : RM5 (only for 1 item)
* Pos Laju ( Estimated 1-2 days)
-> 1-2 pieces : RM6 (EM) , RM8 (WM)
-> 3-4 pieces : RM8 (EM) , RM10 (WM)

For Shawl:

* Pos Ekspress : RM4 (only for 1-2 item)
* Pos Laju ( Estimated 1-2 days)
-> 1-4 pieces : RM6 (EM) , RM8 (WM)
-> 5-8 pieces : RM8 (EM) , RM10 (WM)


#Free postage for purchases RM100++ (for shawl) and above RM150++ (for clothing)

4. Pos Laju : requires signature for parcel acceptance. Please make sure someone is available to received the parcels on your behalf.

5. Pos Express : does not required signature. The parcel will be arrive according to the address given.

6. Please make sure to provide us the correct and complete mailing address.

7. All the parcel will be post when we received the payment and depends on our availability.

Terms & Conditions

1. Serious buyers only.

2. After confirmation,all sales are final, non refundable and non-exchangeable.

3. Reservation only for maximum 3 days. Once payment are made within 3 days of reservation, there are strictly no back outs allowed.

4. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.
