How To Order
1. You may email to us for the availability of any items.
2. Wait for the reply and confirmation. We will reply all the emails from 9pm to 12pm daily.
3. For reservation , please fill in the order form.
4. After we confirm the order and payment, we will deliver it as soon as possible. (Please ask us for COD,coz for the moment our stock is between KL & KB)

Payment & Delivery
1. Payment can be made into our bank account - Maybank/CIMB. Details of the account will be given after confirmation and reservation.
2. Delivery for all items will be done using Pos Laju only.3. Details of delivery :
For Accessories:
* Pos Laju ( Estimated 1-2 days) = RM 6 (EM)
* Pos Laju ( Estimated 1-2 days) = RM 8 (WM)
* Pos Ekspress : We will hold this type of delivery for the moment.
For Shawls:
* Pos Laju ( Estimated 1-2 days) = RM 6 (EM) max 5 items
* Pos Laju ( Estimated 1-2 days) = RM 9 (WM) max 5 items
* Pos Ekspress : We will hold this type of delivery for the moment.
#Free postage for purchases of RM100++ (for shawl and accessories)
4. Pos Laju : requires signature for parcel acceptance. Please make sure someone is available to received the parcels on your behalf.
5. Pos Express : We will hold this type of delivery for the moment.
6. Please make sure to provide us the correct and complete mailing address.
7. All the parcel will be post when we received the payment and depends on our availability.

2. After confirmation,all sales are final, non refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Reservation only for maximum 3 days. Once payment are made within 3 days of reservation, there are strictly no back outs allowed.
